REALIZE is a unique development and training experience aimed at leaders and senior managers of nonprofit organizations and public institutions. This 10-month program provides its participants with tools to lead their organizations and transform their leadership through sessions and retreats facilitated by trainers with national and international experience. In addition, participants receive a 360-degree evaluation, specialized leadership coaching, and the opportunity to form part of a network of executives who have graduated from the program.

This program has been implemented for 8 years in El Paso by the Paso del Norte Health Foundation and in 2019 it was brought to Ciudad Juárez for the first time. To respond to local needs, the contents were revised and updated and the first generation of the program graduated with excellent results.

This program follows a cohort centered model that start with an open nominations process from which a group of up to 20 leaders is selected.
