No. Fundación Paso del Norte is a Mexican Asociación Civil (non-profit organization). Our organization does not receive public funding and we are not related to any agency from the federal, state or local government.

Our foundation allocates funding through public requests of proposals promoted through our website and social media. We can only fund non-profit organizations with tax-deductible status and established in Ciudad Juárez.

We are sister foundations. Our organizations are independent but with a shared vision and a strong spirit of collaboration to improve health and quality of life in the Paso del Norte region.

At the foundation we allocate funding through public requests of proposals that are reviewed by external panels and committees. Our RFP's are posted on social media, our website and through newsletters. If your organization wished to receive our communications, please follow us on social media and subscribe to our emails. Please note that in compliance with federal regulations, our foundation cannot fund organizations do not have a tax-deductible status under Mexican tax law.
