Program description

This program seeks to strengthen the fundraising activities of nonprofits that implement programs to improve the quality of life in Ciudad Juárez. The organizations that are selected to be part of this program are challenged to raise funds for approximately six months and for every two dollars that the organizations raise, Fundación Paso del Norte matches an additional dollar.

Reason for its creation

We identified that there are no matching funds programs in Ciudad Juárez and a need to inspire nonprofits to find new ways to raise funds and connect with their donors. Similarly, there are few financing options that allow organizations to use the funds for administrative and operating expenses.
